ELA Tech Membership Initiative

Emerging Ladies Academy (ELA) is introducing a membership initiative aimed at empowering young women to shape a promising future in the field of technology. Girls between the ages of 10 and 18 are invited to participate in the Tech Membership Initiative. The initiative is divided into two chapters, operating in Nebraska and Ghana.

ELA's groundbreaking all-black female team in Nebraska will oversee the program, providing training in Website Development, Digital Art, Poultry Farming, Agriculture Drones, Web Page Development, and Computer Programming and much more. The training will combine theoretical and hands-on learning experiences, emphasizing the importance of diligence, creativity, and collaboration.
