What is ELA up to this Summer?
Emerging Ladies Academy (ELA), in collaboration with Big Muddy Urban Farms, will offer a program to train and empower participants to create a garden. The program commences on Friday, 16th June, to the end of the season in September from 1 to 4 pm each day at the 33rd and Webster St.
We will facilitate the program to train the participants to use tech equipment to assist farming. The participants will learn how to plant vegetables and herbs, use food as medicine, restore disturbed lands, and soil nutrition.
